Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING 

ANY ORDERS PLACE OVER THE WEEKEND, WILL BE SHIPPED OT TUESDAY AS SHOPS ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS.


HIRE 
  1. Complete payment and deposit is required on or before the day of hire
  2. I understand the equipment needs to be handled/transported with care and is in good working order before leaving the store. Each item is checked before it leaves the store to ensure it is in good working order.
  3. Party Planet provides no warranty and is not liable for damage or claim in respect to all equipment. The equipment is not insured after it leaves the store.
  4. In the event of default, Party Planet shall have the right to terminate the hire & enter the Hirer’s premises to recover the equipment.
  5. All hired items listed above are the responsibility of the named client and any item damaged, stolen or unavailable on the return date must be paid for by the client at replacement cost and may incur additional rental charges and late fees.
  6. I have received instructions, understand the safety and “how to use” instructions provided to me and agree to accept goods and services on the terms & conditions herein.
  7. A re-rolling fee $5 per item for any cables or cords will apply if items are returned unrolled.

FAULTY BALLOONS

Once balloons have left the property we are not responsible for that handling of the balloon. We always communicate the care & handling on collection. This changes with temperature. 

We are happy to refund the balloon 24hrs communication is required for a full refund if balloon is faulty. Email Picture to info@partyplanet.net.au and or Use Messenger on FB. item brought back to the store. Credit Note can be offered if manufacture fault, balloon is to be return to the store.

HELIUM TANK HIRE

  1. I understand that cylinder pressures vary with temperature and the number of balloons inflated per cylinder varies according to how much helium is placed in each individual balloon. Each Helium Cylinder is checked before it leaves the store to ensure it is full.
  2. Balloons by their nature are temporary items: although Party Planet supplies the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
  3. Party Planet provides no warranty and is not liable for damage or claim in respect to all equipment. The equipment is not insured after it leaves the store.
  4. In the event of default, Party Planet shall have the right to terminate the hire & enter the Hirer’s premises to recover the equipment.
  5. All hired items listed above are the responsibility of the named client and any item damaged, stolen or unavailable on the return date must be paid for by the client at replacement cost and will incur additional monthly rental charges and late fees.
  6. I have received instructions, understand the safety and “how to use” instructions provided to me and agree to accept goods and services on the terms & conditions herein.
  7. I will not inhale or allow other people to inhale helium as I understand it may cause brain damage or death and that helium will not support life.
  8. Rental equipment must be returned as agreed, otherwise a late fee will be charged, $5 per day.

EVENT CANCELLATION

Payment: Deposit: Must be received by Party Planet to confirm the date and the availability of our staff & ordering of Stock. Full Payment: Full payment must be received 7 days prior to your event if payment. 

In the event of cancellation we offer a full store credit. Alternately we offer a refund less 20% cancellation fee of the order. 24 hrs notice must be Given for Cancellation on small pick ups. 2-3 days on Larger bookings deliveries, due to preparation & time. Staff being rostered on for these booking $200+ orders.

MONDAYS - APPOINTMENT ONLY TERMS 

Shop is not open for pick ups or retail selling.

Pre-booked events Only. Minimum order is $500 not including delivery & installation.

 DELIVERIES 

Delivery Areas

We deliver and set up our Helium Balloon Bouquets and Balloon Décor all over the Sunshine Coast 

If your delivery location falls outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Times

Balloon Décor Deliveries
Decor deliveries are available Tuesday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm. Satruday 9:am - 3pm
A 2-hour delivery window will be provided for your order.

Deliveries outside of these hours may be available upon request and additional charges will apply.

After-hours or Sunday collections of hire equipment will incur an additional $100 fee.

Helium Balloon Bouquet Deliveries

Helium Balloon Bouquet deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday as part of our scheduled delivery run.

Due to varying daily delivery schedules, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If you require delivery outside these hours, please contact us to discuss your options. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided and that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave the balloons in a safe location where possible. We are not responsible for any damage or theft once the delivery has been completed.

If re-delivery is required, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
